  • Exchange must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Applicable only for orders within Bangladesh.
  • Customised orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.



How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. You need to arrange delivery at our office/ warehouse.
  2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund as per your preference.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
